What impact you'll make
As a member of the Process Industrialization team, you will be an active contributor to create, maintain, and execute the standard in how to develop and industrialize manufacturing processes using a team-based approach. This role sits within and will work across the Process Industrialization team to build quality into the manufacturing process; ensuring process capability targets can be measured, met, deployed, and utilized for problem solving prior to, and in production. Build product quality processes to measure, meet, and deploy critical to quality product needs. And this role will also support creating, maintaining, and executing the standard around qualifications.
Job Description
What you'll do
- Develop process quality and product quality techniques and implement across industrialization efforts
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of technical disciplines, analytical thinking, and technical experience to execute policy/strategy and roadmap initiatives
- Execute on new product introductions, part and technology transfers, new process introductions, and strategic plant and equipment investments; inclusive of lead time, technology selection, tooling, fixturing, programming, quality plan, and run-off of initial production sets
- Execute the qualifications of new products and processes enabling a successful hand-off to the production team
- Monitor initial process capabilities and problem solve shortcomings from expectation
- Manage project timelines to meet customer needs with a strong focus on safety, process capability, qualifications, and product quality
- Engineering, standardizing, and optimizing manufacturing processes
- Maintain and improve process documentation and facilitate best practice sharing across the site
- Participate in early design reviews for manufacturability

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR a High School Diploma / GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing & process development experience
- Minimum of 4 additional years of experience in Production Process and Equipment
- Strong mathematical skills with statistical acumen
- Ability and desire to work on site in a manufacturing environment
- This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. GE will require proof of status prior to employment
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future
- This position is 100% onsite at the GE Vernova Greenville, SC Garlington Road location

Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes
For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $81,700.00 and $136,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
