Schedule Management
- Gather/compile the Inquiry to order (ITO) proposal's scope, L1 Schedule, execution assumptions & ITO phase Execution Strategy and start working on OTR Phase execution strategy (for Project Control/Scheduling scope).
- Participate in ITO to OTR handover meetings and also attends "Partner Kick-off Meeting" and "Client Kick-off Meeting".
- Participate in the Constructability review to make sure project schedule is aligned with baseline schedule.
- Partners with Equipment Planner, Engineering scheduler and COE (planning & scheduling) to initiate L3 schedule preparation.
- Set up L3 baseline schedule by using process flow guidelines, work instructions.
& project control supplement attached in consortium agreement of the project.
- Finalizes Schedule Baseline Freeze Process & associated documents e.g. Baseline Narrative and Project Control & Planning Procedure with Partner/Client.
- Develop baseline progress ""S"" curves based on allocated weightage.
- Update project master time schedule based on inputs provided by each owner of tasks per process & work instructions.
- Lead and drive the Partner and Site Scheduling team members (chairing meetings, driving actions, and holding accountability for actions).
- Perform schedule analysis on monthly basis to identify the critical impacts and provide the mitigations suggestions.
- Consolidate & update the "internal" and "external" progress & performance reports incl. updated schedule, 3 week look-ahead, detailed progress curves, movement in key dates, on time delivery, slippage report, float reports, say/do ratio, potential risks & opportunities, etc.
- Coordinate Project Control Reviews with cross-functional participation; drive closure of follow up actions.
- Collaborate with Finance Manager to proactively manage cash flow / payment milestones and identify any risk requiring critical action to prevent delays.
- Maintain detailed customer/ partner contractual deviation tracker (Event log) and support creation of cost-out idea business cases and savings (i.e., clarify baseline, link initiatives to EAC)
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University,
- Project Management experience or associated job experience
- Maintain PMO Project Manager Qualification status through ongoing training and recertification as required.
