Job Description Summary
You lead the delivery of customer equipment, facility, and infrastructure projects that support the energy transition. You take ownership of project execution, coordinate people and resources, and help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and commercial performance.
In this role, you work across a mix of larger projects and customer support activities such as maintenance and fault response, helping keep critical equipment and services running effectively.
Job Description
What you'll do
- Lead small to medium-sized equipment-only, product-suite, or non-turnkey projects from planning through execution
- Own project delivery, commercial performance, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate project resources and work closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Apply your technical knowledge and project experience to support practical decisions and solve delivery challenges
- Support both larger project work and customer service activities, including maintenance and issue resolution
- Spot risks early, propose workable solutions, and help keep projects on track
- Support and guide new team members, sharing knowledge and contributing to team success

What you bring
- Experience in the electrical sector, particularly in substation assembly and installation, especially GIS
- An engineering background in electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering with relevant project experience
- Strong written and spoken Spanish and English, with the ability to work confidently with factories and teams in France, China, India, and other locations
- A strong customer focus and a service-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites and accompany customers to factories when needed
- The ability to work well as part of a team, including in high-pressure situations
- Solid project management experience in technical or industrial project environments
- Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
