Job Description
- Be responsible for defining and executing the delivery for complex AIS projects to ensure on time, customer satisfaction and budget adherence. This role leads project execution throughout the ORT phase, applying Operations processes, EHS and quality systems, operating models and tools to optimize project revenue and cash performance.
- Serves as the primary interface between the customer, Regions and factory functions, ensuring effective coordination across engineering, procurement, production, delivery, site activities, and project closeout. Be able to independently manage complex cross-functional projects while balancing technical, commercial, operational, and customer requirements.
• Project Planning: Follow-up of project milestones (handover, design freeze, engineering, procurement, assembly, FAT, site works, PAC). Customer inputs to factory planning, S&OP. Finish monthly sales/cash/billing target.
• Risk and Opportunities: identification of project R&Os, definition of action plan and project execution strategy.
• Project Financials: Sales pacing, project review, margin deviation monitoring and approval, project cash.
• Project Commercial topics: claims, VOs, LDs negotiation, Bonds, Warranty.
• Engineering of Solution: Analysis of contractual documents, coordinate design clarification and organize the Design Review.
• Follow-up of procurement/production/delivery: Follow-up of procurement/production, communication with customer. Lead customer FATs. Shipping coordination with customers.
• Site installation: Site preparation with customer, interaction on site conditions, erection interfaces, erection tools, manpower, working hours. Project specific Method Statement, Risk Assessment. Follow-up of site progress, communication with customers, site NCRs.
• Project closing: Handover with customer, closing of snags, last payments, bond recollection, handle of warranty issues, perform return on experience, closing of project and transfer to Service.
• To complete other assignments from leader
Qualifications Required:
• Graduate degree, Electric Engineering background
• Good Spoken and Written English
• 7-10 years working experience
• Well Understand how to communicate with foreign customer
• Good Time management
