Job Description Summary
Product quality review associated with the manufacturing process. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of customer quality and technical-quality requirements for service projects;
- Analysis of reports and measurement results;
- Preparation of quality documentation and test reports, including documentation for the customer;
- Coordination with the customer regarding control plans and technical details of product trials and tests;
- Co-organization and supervision of production processes, as well as conducting audits according to applicable documentation;
- Supervision of the quality management system documentation;
- Supervision of nonconforming products;
- Conducting internal and layered audits;
- Development and supervision of corrective and preventive actions in the production area and the quality management system;
- Support for qualification processes of technical personnel, processes, and products.
Requirements:
- Technical education (preferably higher education in electrical, power engineering, mechanical-power engineering, or mechanical fields);
- Knowledge of the structure and operating principles of electrical machines;
- Practical knowledge of health and safety regulations during electrical and mechanical testing;
- Familiarity with the ISO 9001:2015 standard (internal auditor certificate is an advantage);
- Ability to read mechanical design and technical documentation, as well as quality documentation;
- Good command of English, both spoken and written;
- Ability to work in a team
