Job Description Summary

This role provides expertise in analyzing technical learning needs for a business or function then designs and delivers training solutions. Will collaborate with Product Management, Product Engineering and L&D Function primarily to design curriculum blueprint for the products queued for release and ensure that training contents are delivered for identified personas before the released due date.
Jobs at this level operate with some autonomy but are covered by well-defined policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provides expertise in analyzing learning needs, designing training solutions for a business or function. Focused on technical training essential for a particular business or function, and does not include Leadership Learning, which falls within HR. Includes trainers and coordinators whose main task is to deliver the training content or make logistical arrangements for training programs.
  • Project manage cadences, internal meetings with different stakeholders, according to product releases timelines to prepare the steps previous to the release from a L&D perspective
  • Being part of the ATQ process and deliver latest statuses of products curriculum development
  • Collaborate with technical engineers, Product Managers, Product owners for creating curriculum blueprints and timelines for delivering content
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and trainers from L&D team for the development of curriculums
  • Creating learning experiences, deliver content to L&D team, and materials for technical trainings for GridOS solution
  • Ensure there's a smooth communication between multiple departments: Product/Engineering, Services, L&D, Support
  • Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems with projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers. Ability to prioritize information for decision making. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
  • A job at this level requires strong interpersonal skills. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
