Verwaltung des Kaufprozesses für eine bestimmte Warengruppe. Anwendung der Beschaffungsrichtlinie, Schnittstelle zwischen Lieferant und Unternehmen in Bezug auf Spezifikationen und Budgets. Beeinflusst Projekte, Prozesse und Abläufe im eigenen Bereich.Die Rolle arbeitet mit einem gewissen Maß an Autonomie, konzentriert sich jedoch auf die Ausführung von Aktivitäten/die Bereitstellung von Beratung innerhalb einer befähigenden Disziplin, die durch standardmäßige funktionale Praktiken und Verfahren abgedeckt wird.Aktivitäten erfordern professionelles Urteilsvermögen, erfordern jedoch möglicherweise eine umfassendere Anleitung.

Job Description

What you'll do (Responsibilities):

• Drive product line level metrics improvement on fulfillment by not hurting cost and quality initiatives
• Single point of contact for internal customers. Keep them updated on material arrivals and difficulties
• Monitor & supervise PO accuracy
• Manage team on PO placing, need by date update, promise date collection, Invoice issue resolution
• Support Buyers to expedite and prioritize supply chain to meet factory need
• Develop strong understanding of suppliers' capacities, capabilities & processes to be able to improve their performance
• Support new supplier promotion, development
• Manage and facilitate visits & regular conference calls with suppliers
• Focus on key sourcing initiatives, continuous improvement and Lean methodology to mitigate fulfillment risk
• Support Inventory preventing early deliveries and focusing on usage of slow mover
• Update safety stock level regularly based on production volume
• Manage regular forecasting process for stable material inflow
• Drive new hire training, SOP creation and maintenance.
• Support NPI activates

What you'll bring (Required Qualifications):

• Business or Technical University or College degree.
• Significant experience in sourcing and in implementation of continuous improvement and quality improvement efforts.
• Fluent English AND Hungarian knowledge is a must
• Familiarity with ERP systems and integrations
• Proficiency in MS office

Additional Notes:

• Successful applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary
• This is a Hybrid role with two days remote and three days in the office.
