Lead Parts Sales Specialist with responsibility for driving business growth, building strong customer relationships, and influencing commercial strategy. This role leads key commercial decisions, manages budgets, and has autonomy to execute commercial arrangements within functional policies. It requires strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and sound commercial judgment to deliver results and win new business.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Drive achievement of annual parts sales targets and contribution margin objectives. Lead and ensure disciplined execution of all ITO sales processes.
- Maintain strong pipeline management with regular pacing updates, win/loss analysis, and commercial risk identification.
- Ensure timely responsiveness to RFQs, customer inquiries, and commercial requests. Escalate critical commercial issues and opportunities to manage proactively. Proactively follow up on RFQs, purchase orders, and business opportunities.
- Support pricing strategy discussions, commercial negotiations, and offer alignment. Identify growth opportunities for parts sales, and long-term business expansion.
- Build strong relationships with plant stakeholders and provide proactive support. Support customer requirements related to engineering clarification, customized parts, and consumables.
- Coordinate outage preparation activities and ensure parts availability alignment with outage schedules including customer visits and commercial engagement plans.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sourcing teams, and department heads. Facilitate alignment between customer procurement teams and internal execution functions.
- Coordinate with fulfillment teams to improve delivery performance and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular follow-up meetings to address sourcing and delivery challenges.
- Support field activities during outages and gather technical feedback from site teams. Maintain strong collaboration with engineering teams to support urgent customer requirements.
- Support cash flow forecasting, revenue estimation, financial planning activities, PD management, delivery coordination, and warehouse-related activities.
- Improve operational efficiency through digital tools and AI utilization.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electronic/electrical/mechanical engineering or related fields
- At least one year experience in parts sales and ITO Process
- Strong knowledge in customer service / customer relations
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
- This role requires minimum 50% travels within KSA
Eligibility Requirement:
