Lead Manufacturing Testing Specialist - Electrical

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field from an accredited university or college
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in electrical equipment testing
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in equipment manufacturing and exposure to quality, engineering, lean/5S, testing or engineering processes.
• Analytical skillset and systematic approach to problem solving.

The base pay range for this position is $81K - $120K USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on 2/19/2026, or thereafter.

The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
