Lead Manufacturing Quality Specialist

We are looking for a Lead Manufacturing Quality Specialist to oversee and enhance the quality of our processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will manage quality assurance activities, develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, and ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies. This role requires collaboration across various departments to drive process excellence and meet customer expectations. maintain accountability and adherence for Quality functional, business and broad company objectives & Customer Fulfillments.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Leading the Mfg. Quality Team -Responsible for Incoming to End customers' requirements fulfillment
- Support FAT (with customers & develop deeper engagement with customers on the Products on time Quality requirements fulfillments)
- Leading/Supporting the Product Line certification with Engineering & External agency whenever it's needed
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
- Leading the Product Final Inspection and ensuring Defect free product dispatches
- Working closely with Engineering, Sourcing/SQE, Lean teams on the new product development and fixing the gaps as a Proactive approach & eliminating the failures in advance
- Maintain QMS documents in electronic media preferably Documentum to ensure availability, suitability when needed and protected adequately.
- Track QMS requirements- Audits, Task, Training, Certification renewal, Customer audits
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure that site meets Quality KPI's Develop CAPA with functional owners to eliminate negative trends
- Manage and mentor a team of quality professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Develop and deliver training programs on quality management principles and practices.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of quality activities, including non-conformities and corrective actions.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and quality manuals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, or other quality methodologies to enhance process performance.
- Support the line production - Quality process, check lists & standards Implementation
- Identify and Eliminate NC opportunities & Emphasis the Zero defect throughout the production line
- Proactively analyze the metrics and feedback associated with processes performance to identify deviations, root causes and prepare recommendations for improvement in performance with Team.
- Monitoring Instruments & Measuring devices Calibration (Inhouse/External) & track systems
- Monitoring the IQC Inspection activities, Tracking the NCR's & Containment actions track / Supporting production line
- Train the team members on the Product/process criteria's and shaping them as needed

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in quality management or process improvement roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards (such as ISO 9001), and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with quality improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable improvements.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of achieving quality objectives.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $81,700.00 and $136,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
