What impact you'll make?

You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financials for a portfolio of projects (CSAs, MMPs, Transactional) managed on the PowerMax ERP, partnering with Operations, Fulfillment, and Services ITR Finance leadership to achieve outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Support Europe PMX finance portfolio
  • Partner with Operations Leaders, Cluster MFs, CSLs, CPMs and PMs to deliver on financials. Identify and remedy risks and drive closure of opportunities in pacing (forecast).
  • Drive Europe cluster PMx pacing and submit to regional FP&A & Business Lines.
  • Provide finance guidance on issues around PMx financials.
  • Partner with operations team to assess project risks and mitigation opportunities.
  • Provide finance support for presenters, validate financial data shared with leadership.
  • Lead CSA Confirm reconciliations, Margin Reviews and ensure timely closure. Validate Cum Catch and other financial adjustments.
  • Utilize fulfilment Tools (Copper, Astro, Thunder) to support pacing assumptions.
  • Cross reference pacing data with fulfilment organization and action any discrepancies.
  • Support Stat and Tax queries related to PMx financials and drive closure
  • Assist / Consult / Partner with Controllership team on validating FMV assessment, POB scopes and Rev Rec Methodology.

What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's Degree/CPA from an accredited university or college
  • Extensive experience in operational finance, controllership, or financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
  • Fluent English knowledge is essential
  • Knowledge of SAP (PMX) and practical experience with financial ERP systems
  • Commitment to accurate and precise work performance
