Job Description Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of laboratory and field validation testing, inspection, and data acquisition for the design and validation of products and services. You will lead the design and construction of test facilities and instrumentation systems, and develop test software. This position includes direct people management responsibilities, requiring you to staff and develop the performance of your team. You will utilize your in-depth technical knowledge and analytical thinking to execute policy and strategy, ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and performance

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute laboratory and field validation testing, inspection, and data acquisition for the design and validation of products and services.
- Design and construct test facilities and instrumentation systems, and develop test software.
- Manage direct reports, including staffing and performance development.
- Apply in-depth technical knowledge and analytical thinking to execute policy and strategy.
- Understand best practices and how your area integrates with others; be aware of the competition and market differentiators.
- Use judgment to propose solutions outside set parameters for complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and interdependent production cycles.
- Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.
- Explain information and develop skills to bring team members to consensus around technical topics.
- Convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 5 years of experience (or a high school diploma / GED) with at least 10 years of experience in building and testing equipment in a Field Service Department.

Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes
For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $98,400.00 and $164,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
