This role involves developing strategies for OT cybersecurity for gas power control solutions, working with the controls NPI networking and cyber teams. Responsibilities include:
• Product development and deployment of new technologies and architecture by designing, implementation, and testing of OT cybersecurity solutions for new unit and services.
• Address rigorous security requirements while maintaining the safety, availability, and reliability of physical assets.
• Mentoring a team of engineers in control server networks and cybersecurity.
The position requires working with a global, cross-functional team to enhance platforms for power generation applications.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
This role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive cybersecurity solutions for gas power control and driving the deployment of new technologies. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with product line leaders to capture and translate customer cybersecurity requirements for the NPI teams.
- Work with technical leaders, system architects, and principal engineers to develop test plans for product cybersecurity strategies and product development.
- Drive the product development and deployment of new technologies and lifecycle tools for application sizing, installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Be the point of contact for project teams for technical questions and guidance on OT cyber security.
- Document standard procedures for product lifecycle stages related to cybersecurity services.
- Evaluate and implement virtualization technologies.
- Drive security technologies, including firewall, IDS, endpoint security solutions etc within the control system.
- Train and coordinate with global teams on new cybersecurity service releases.
- Support field personnel in resolving technical issues and coordinate with manufacturing, sourcing, and services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master or above in Electronics Engineering/Computer engineering/software engineering/controls-instrumentation engineering Industrial Automation or equivalent.
- 6+ years of experience in Control sever/network design
- Hands on experience of Network, Compute, Data, Storage and Application security principles for on-premises/cloud applications
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to influence.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Effective problem identification and solution skills
Desired Characteristics
- Experience Knowledge of NERC/CIP, IEC 62443 standards
- Ability to coordinate several programs simultaneously
- Proven team player with solid cooperation, flexibility and demonstrated capacity to learn complex information quickly
- Good oral and written communication skills
- High energy team player with multi-cultural skills, able to influence effectively in a decentralized, cross functional matrix and global environment
