KPO Lean Administrator
Job Description Summary
The Commercial Lean Junior Administrator supports the execution of the Lean roadmap within the Commercial function by coordinating activities, maintaining Lean operating systems, and enabling effective tracking and communication of continuous improvement initiatives.
Working closely with the Commercial Lean Leader, this role helps sustain Daily Management, supports Kaizen events, maintains standard work documentation, and ensures accurate tracking of KPIs and action plans. The role is critical in driving consistency, visibility, and discipline across Lean initiatives while developing foundational Lean capabilities.
Job Description
Role Responsibilities
Lean Coordination
- Track Lean roadmap activities and maintain Kaizen calendar
- Coordinate sessions, materials, and participation
Kaizen Support
- Assist with event prep, execution, and documentation
- Capture and track actions and outcomes
Daily Management & KPIs
- Maintain KPI dashboards and tracking tools
- Support Gemba meetings and operating reviews with data and reporting
- Monitor trends and flag data gaps
Action Tracking
- Manage action plans, follow up on progress, and escalate risks
Documentation & Process Support
- Maintain standard work, process maps, and procedures
- Support process mapping and basic data analysis
Tools & Systems
- Maintain data integrity in systems (e.g., Salesforce, Smartsheet)
- Support Lean collaboration tools and workspaces
Communication
- Support communication of Lean initiatives and results
- Promote consistency in tools, templates, and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years in administration, operations, or project coordination
Desired Characteristics
- Interest in Lean / continuous improvement
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Tableau, Smartsheet, or Miro
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Analytical mindset and willingness to learn
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tracking tools

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $95,200.00 and $158,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: ineligible.
