As a Product Piping Intern, you will work closely with the People Leader and the Technical Leader to understand the requirements of the standard work to be developed, support its tracking and validation, and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Job Description

What You'll Do

  • The Product Piping Intern role is designed to provide hands-on experience in the development, tracking, and validation of standard work within the product area. In this role, you will support the creation and testing of standardized processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development of tools that support the execution and continuous improvement of team activities.
  • Essential Responsibilities
  • Develop standard work as defined by the Principal Engineer, Technical Leader, and Manager.
  • Generate the summary of each MLI with its related manufacturing features.
  • Maintain the tracking and progress rhythm of standard work through release and tryout process.
  • Become familiar with the standard work created in order to test those processes independently.
  • Provide feedback on the standard work developed.
  • Collaborate with Product Definition to obtain related pictures to be included in the standard work.
  • Support the development of tools, as needed, using Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic, Python, or other applicable technologies.
  • Work closely with technical leaders and cross-functional teams to support the execution of deliverables and process requirements.

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Quality or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or currently studying a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the 7th semester onward in fields such as Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.
  • Intermediate to advanced English level, with the ability to maintain day-to-day conversations on any topic, including technical discussions.
  • Desired Characteristics
  • Experience or interest in working with piping-related components.
  • Strong desire to work in a cross-functional environment.
  • Knowledge of product requirements.
  • Willingness to work in an environment driven by changing priorities.
