Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Rotor Department as Quality Inspector. Under the mentorship of experienced professionals, you will assist in ensuring that all parts meet rigorous engineering and quality standards, setting the stage for potential long-term growth and a permanent career within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the inspection and verification of gas turbine rotor components during the disassembly and assembly processes.
• Learn to operate precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure parts meet exacting specifications.
• Support the documentation of inspection findings, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and compliant with quality management systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions under guidance.
• Collaborate with the quality and production teams to identify and report deviations or non-conformances in component conditions.
• Participate in rotor balancing and wheel repair oversight activities to understand the full lifecycle of the equipment.
• Strictly adhere to all EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) policies and quality procedures.
• Actively engage in team meetings and training sessions to develop technical proficiency and problem-solving skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical college education or vocational training in a mechanical or quality-related field is preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and demonstrate high attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of mechanical tools and measurement principles.
• Commitment to safety and quality excellence.

• A strong interest in gas turbine technology, mechanical systems, or quality assurance.
