About the role
At GE Vernova, we develop innovative software solutions to support the modernization and decarbonization of power networks. In this context, we are looking for a Junior Software Integration & DevOps Engineer to join our Digital Implementation Services / Grid Software Services teams, with a particular focus on the GridOS environment.

Your Role
You will support the integration, deployment, and automation of GE Vernova software solutions in project and customer environments. Working closely with development, testing, architecture, and delivery teams, you will contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and modern microservices-based environments, while helping ensure reliable and efficient solution delivery.

Votre mission

Vous contribuerez à l'intégration, au déploiement et à l'automatisation des solutions logicielles GE Vernova dans les environnements de projet et chez les clients. Vos responsabilités incluront :

• Soutenir les activités d'intégration, de configuration, de build, d'installation et de déploiement d'applications.
• Contribuer à la mise en place et à l'amélioration des pipelines CI/CD.
• Soutenir l'automatisation des environnements et des déploiements via le scripting et l'Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Travailler sur des environnements basés sur les microservices, les conteneurs et les technologies d'orchestration.
• Collaborer avec les équipes de développement, de test, d'architecture et de livraison.
• Produire la documentation d'installation, de configuration et de support.
• Participer à certaines interactions avec les clients dans le cadre de la livraison des projets.

Profil recherché

• Master / Diplôme d'ingénieur en informatique, génie logiciel, systèmes, cloud ou DevOps.
• Première expérience acquise via un stage, un apprentissage, un projet académique ou un premier emploi.
• Solide formation académique sur les architectures microservices.
• Intérêt pour l'intégration logicielle, le DevOps et les environnements applicatifs complexes.
• Maîtrise du français et anglais professionnel.

Compétences clés

• Environnements Linux / Windows.
• CI/CD, scripting (Python, PowerShell).
• Docker, Kubernetes.
• Connaissances de base en Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / OpenTofu).
• Compréhension des services web (REST / SOAP) et des bases de données.

• Working on environments based on microservices, containers, and orchestration technologies.

• Collaborating with development, testing, architecture, and delivery teams.

• Producing installation, configuration, and support documentation.

• Participating in selected customer interactions as part of project delivery.

Profile

• Master's degree / Engineering degree in Computer Science, Software, Systems, Cloud, DevOps.

• Initial experience through internship, apprenticeship, academic project, or first role.

• Strong academic background in microservices architectures.

• Interest in software integration, DevOps, and complex application environments.

• Fluent French and professional English.
