HR Ops intern
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
• Accomplish document management including but not limited to document preparation, collection, scan, filing, retrieve and check.
• Support HR Operations related work, including onboarding, First Day Introduction, on-demand letters preparing, offboarding, etc.
• Involve in all kinds of HR projects.
• Support Benefit-related employee communications and gift distribution, including sending emails from a shared mailbox and coordinating shipment of employee gifts.
• Other ad hoc requests.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Detail oriented and willing to deal with routine work.
• Can work under time urgency and undertake certain workload.
• At least 2~3 days a week and can work for 6-8 months for Daily Intern
• Good English in both verbal and written.
• Good command of PC skills.
