GSI Quality Management Deputy
Job Description Summary
The Quality Management Deputy role is responsible for driving governance, operating rhythm on GSI Internal Audits, Zero Defect Framework action plan, GSI Continuous improvement suggestions and Artificial Intelligence programs. The position holder conducts internal audits, if required. This role requires data analytics capabilities on Non-Conformities, CoPQ (Cost of Poor Quality), Audit Findings, Competency assessment and Customer Satisfaction results. The position holder will be accountable to define, report to Digital Team and validate on-line Dashboards related to GSI Quality KPIs. This role reports to GSI Quality Management Leader.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
ISO 9001 Certification Process:
Coordinate with Region, Solution Lines and Functions teams to address any gaps or non-conformities identified during audits.
Conduct and register Process and Management Reviews with GSI Functions
Internal Audits:
Plan, execute, and report on internal audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Analyze audit findings and support GSI QMS Leader on action planning.
Coordinate with ESY internal auditors training and GSI employees
Animate the internal auditors community with internal audit best practices, lessons learned and standard work
Quality Function Competency Management:
Monitor the completion of Competency Management for Employee and Manager assessment
Analyze data per specific groups and share information for decision taking
Deliver and reinforce Quality Training to other GSI Functions, such as GSI Academy training, Safety and Quality Footprints
Onboarding Training Plans:
Share Onboarding Training Plans completion with People Leaders to drive completion.
Zero Defect Framework (ZDF):
Ensure all Regions, Functions and Solution Lines complete their annual assessment
Ensure all Regions, Functions and Solution Lines have action plans to improve maturity assessment based on GSI Strategy
Implement Governance on ZDF action planning with action owners.
GSI Quality Performance:
Responsible for support Quality Management Leader with Quality KPI reporting and run PSR (Problem Solving Report) when needed (aligned with GEV Lean Culture)
Desired Characteristics:
Rigor and Discipline on Operating Rhythm:
Self-driven and organized professional to collect information and run data analysis on time respecting GSI operating rhythm.
Ability to define key and impactful actions from result.
Quality Performance Management (KPIs):
Strong understanding of quality metrics and KPIs.
Experience in developing and monitoring quality performance dashboards.
Ability to use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
Lean Culture and Competency:
Certified Kaizen Facilitation or Team Leader
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration).
Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management.
In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
