This tactical role provides the quantitative foundation for the pricing leader's strategy and manages the day-to-day pricing operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Pricing Model Development: Build and maintain detailed pricing models, profitability analysis tools, and pricing calculators that integrate the new subscription (ARR) structure.
- Deal Desk Support: Support the Sales and Contracts teams by providing analysis and guidance on complex or non-standard subscription deals, ensuring discounts and customized terms adhere to established pricing and margin guidelines.
- Data Analysis: Work with RevOps to analyze historical M&S renewal rates, perpetual license sales data, customer usage patterns, and willingness-to-pay data to support the optimal design of new subscription tiers and migration incentives.
- Tooling and Systems: Manage the implementation and integrity of pricing data within CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and billing systems to ensure accurate quoting and revenue recognition for the new ARR model.
- Reporting: Track and report on key pricing performance indicators (KPIs) such as Price Realization, Average Selling Price (ASP) by segment, and initial customer migration uptake.
- Up to 25% travel required.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a pricing analyst, financial analyst, or business intelligence role, preferably within a software or technology company.
Desired Characteristics
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and CRM/CPQ systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Mindset: Highly detail-oriented, with a strong aptitude for transforming raw data into actionable business recommendations.
Pay Transparency:
For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $115,200.00 - $172,800.00 USD Annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 15% annual performance incentive.
