Job Description
What You'll Experience
- Assignments & Projects: Work on projects aligned with your major to build practical experience
- Mentorship & Development: Learn from leaders across functions and develop leadership capabilities
- Exposure to Work Environment: Participate in hands-on activities and cross-functional collaboration
Where You'll Contribute
Engineering & Continuous Improvement:
- Support project engineering, time studies, root cause analysis, and Lean/Kaizen projects
Sales & Commercial Support:
- Help manage CRM data, support sales processes, customer service, parts delivery, and outage planning
Project Management Support:
- Support Project Management activities and process improvement initiatives
What You Bring
- Students currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).
- Arabic & English langauge are a must, any other lanugages (French, German etc.) is a plus.
