What impact you'll make:
As a leader of the FP&A Reporting & Automation team, this role will strengthen the organization's ability to deliver high-confidence financial commitments and faster decision-making. By advancing standardization and predictability in planning and reporting, the role will help improve forecast reliability, reduce planning cycle time, and enhance alignment across operational and commercial partners. The leader will elevate Gas Power Service's analytical capabilities by increasing transparency into financial performance, improving visibility into drivers, and enabling earlier identification of risks and opportunities.
A key focus of the role will be driving technology-enabled transformation-modernizing reporting, expanding automation, and reducing manual effort-to unlock capacity for deeper strategic analysis. Through these improvements, the FP&A organization will become more agile, more insightful, and better positioned to support enterprise growth, margin expansion, and resource optimization. This role will report to the Services FP&A Leader.
What you'll do
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures across FP&A systems and data sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data essential for reporting and analytics.
- Execute the strategic roadmap for Global Services Finance technology solutions, including evaluating new tools, overseeing system implementations, and ensuring continuous improvement of existing platforms to support evolving business needs.
- Oversee the full financial planning cadence-including monthly forecasts, quarterly outlooks, and the annual operating plan-ensuring high-quality deliverables and clear communication to leadership.
- Responsible for the financial governance and documentation of Commercial Delegation of Authority (DOA). Act as the primary liaison between Commercial and Finance teams, coordinating essential updates and ensuring adherence to global guidance.
- Synthesize financial results, drivers, and trends into concise, strategic insights and recommendations that influence senior leadership decision-making.
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, prioritizing automation opportunities, and leading the adoption of digital tools across the FP&A function.

- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for FP&A process efficiency and automation impact, regularly reporting on progress and areas for further optimization.
- Lead cross-functional alignment by coordinating with business partners, validating key assumptions, and ensuring data integrity throughout planning and reporting cycles.
- Guide team performance through coaching, delegation, and quality review, ensuring analytical rigor, strong storytelling, and consistent delivery of value-added financial insights.
What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 7 additional years of finance, accounting, or audit experience
- Minimum of 2 years of finance leadership role
- Preferred graduate of finance management leadership programs (e.g., FMP, OFLP/CAS, etc.)

Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes
For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $147,400.00 and $245,600.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
