Job Description Summary

The Global Quality Leader will lead a global Quality transformation within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization delivering highly customized engineered solutions and products. This role will define and execute a comprehensive, innovative, global Quality strategy - centered on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) - to parallel the speed, scale, and evolution of the organization.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Structure and deploy a cohesive quality vision - driving towards Zero Defect - inclusive of change management, communication, and implementation plans
    • Drive transformational initiatives to improve process capability, knowledge management, lessons learned, reliability, and cost of poor quality
    • Define and own enterprise quality goals, KPIs, and improvement initiatives
    • Align quality strategy with corporate objectives and customer expectations
  • Customer & Supplier Engagement
    • Engage in largest customer issues and ensure RCAs and corrective actions are sufficient and deployed globally
    • Represent the business on quality matters with customers, regulators, and external partners
    • Improve speed and quality of issue resolution, inclusive of enhanced technical support through advanced tools and AI
    • Capture and respond to the "voice of the customer" to adapt processes

  • Quality Systems Management
    • Influence quality-related policies, tools, and culture to drive lasting business value
    • Oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of the enterprise QMS
    • Develop, implement, and maintain global quality assurance programs

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role
  • Proven track record in leading global quality systems and driving enterprise-level improvements
  • Strong knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain processes, with specific experience in engineer-to-order and project/service-based businesses
  • Change agent who can influence organizational culture and drive business and functional transformation
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Experience supporting diverse customer bases and cross-functional teams across multiple regions
  • High level of adaptability and resilience in managing complex, global challenges

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $192,000and $288,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus

Leadership stratégique

Capturer et intégrer la " voix du client " afin d'adapter les processus

Supervision opérationnelle

Construire un modèle opérationnel qualité évolutif, soutenant la croissance et l'exécution globale
Intégrer la qualité à toutes les phases du cycle de vie - ingénierie, fabrication, exécution de projets et services
Veiller à ce que les retours d'expérience soient systématiquement capturés et institutionnalisés à l'échelle de l'entreprise

Management des systèmes qualité

Influencer les politiques, outils et la culture qualité afin de générer une valeur durable pour l'entreprise
Superviser la gestion, la maintenance et l'optimisation du système de management de la qualité (QMS) de l'entreprise

Exigences

Plus de 10 ans d'expérience en management de la qualité, dont au moins 5 ans dans un rôle de leadership global
Expérience avérée dans la conduite de systèmes qualité globaux et le pilotage d'améliorations à l'échelle de l'entreprise
Solide connaissance des processus d'ingénierie, de fabrication et de chaîne d'approvisionnement, avec une expérience spécifique des environnements engineer-to-order et des activités orientées projets/services
