FP&A Operations Analyst
Job Description Summary
Génère des performances (coût, réalisation, qualité, argent) et une rentabilité optimales grâce à la chaîne logistique et à la réalisation du projet. Influence la qualité de son propre travail et du travail des collègues de son équipe. Se concentre sur l'exécution des activités de facilitation des normes et la prestation de conseils dans le cadre des politiques et des routines professionnelles au sein d'une discipline habilitante. Une certaine latitude peut être accordée pour réorganiser l'ordre des tâches en fonction de l'évolution des situations.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial plans
- Perform monthly variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast)
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial summaries
- Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and profitability trends
- Develop and maintain financial models in Excel / PowerBI
- Support monthly closing and management reporting
- Provide financial insights to support business strategy
- Support financial evaluation of new projects
- Prepare project budgets and cost tracking reports
- Conduct financial feasibility and profitability analysis
- Monitor project costs vs budget
- Assist in preparing cash flow projections and financial models for projects
- Support project performance tracking and reporting
- Work with project teams to gather financial inputs

Required Qualifications
- This role requires basic experience in the Finance & Manufacturing Operations. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
Desired Characteristics
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
