Job Description Summary

Responsible for supporting the Area Manager in manufacturing operations, including managing materials, tools, devices, methods, and technical drawings. This role also handles shop-floor administrative tasks such as tracking production hours, issuing requisitions, ensuring communication, and monitoring daily activities.
Chịu trách nhiệm hỗ trợ Trưởng bộ phận trong các hoạt động sản xuất tại xưởng (quản lý vật tư, công cụ, thiết bị, phương pháp và bản vẽ kỹ thuật). Đồng thời, hỗ trợ các công việc hành chính tại khu vực sản xuất như: theo dõi giờ công, lập phiếu yêu cầu vật tư, truyền đạt thông tin và giám sát các hoạt động hàng ngày.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:
Provide technical and administrative support to the area manager and direct shop floor staff.
Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật và hành chính cho Quản lý khu vực và công nhân trực tiếp sản xuất.

Perform purchase of production tools and devices.
Thực hiện mua sắm các công cụ, dụng cụ và thiết bị phục vụ sản xuất.

Assist in reviewing and revising working methods to improve efficiency.
Hỗ trợ xem xét, cải tiến và sửa đổi các phương pháp làm việc để nâng cao hiệu suất.

Check, control, and manage tools and materials required for production.
Kiểm tra, kiểm soát và quản lý các công cụ, vật tư cần thiết cho quá trình sản xuất.

Track production hours, issue work vouchers, submit maintenance requests, and handle necessary paperwork to ensure process control and product quality.
Theo dõi giờ công sản xuất, lập phiếu công việc, gửi yêu cầu bảo trì và xử lý các thủ tục hành chính để kiểm soát quy trình, đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm.

Issue purchase requisitions for materials and services required for production activities.
Lập các phiếu yêu cầu mua sắm vật tư và dịch vụ cần thiết cho hoạt động sản xuất.

Monitor all production stages, ensuring strict compliance with technical methods and product specifications.
Theo dõi và giám sát tất cả các giai đoạn sản xuất, đảm bảo tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các phương pháp và thông số kỹ thuật của sản phẩm.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS / YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Completed High School and/or Technical School degree (in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering).
Tốt nghiệp THPT và/hoặc có bằng Trung cấp/Cao đẳng nghề kỹ thuật (ngành Điện tử, Điện hoặc Cơ khí).

From 1 to 2 years in a manufacturing or fabrication environment

Kinh nghiệm từ 1 đến 2 năm trong môi trường sản xuất hoặc chế tạo

DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS / TIÊU CHUẨN
Knowledge of factory equipment and production systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings / industrial designs.
