생산팀 제관사는 HRSG 제작을 위한 부품 및 구조물의 취부, 가조립, 정렬 및 조립 작업을 수행하며, 도면과 작업지시서에 따라 치수와 형상을 정확하게 맞추어 후속 용접 및 제작 공정이 원활히 진행될 수 있도록 지원합니다. 기계 및 수공구를 활용한 제관 작업과 기본 품질 점검, Self-Inspection을 수행하며, 작업장 내 안전수칙과 EHS 및 품질 기준을 준수합니다. 본 직무는 도면 해독 능력, 치수 측정 역량, 정밀한 작업 수행 능력, 그리고 발전설비 제조 현장에서 요구되는 책임감과 협업 능력을 갖춘 인재를 필요로 합니다.
The Fitter / Fabrication Technician in the Production Team is responsible for performing fit-up, pre-assembly, alignment, and fabrication work for HRSG components and structures. This role ensures that dimensions, shapes, and assembly conditions are accurately prepared in accordance with drawings and work instructions to support smooth downstream welding and manufacturing processes. The position also involves the use of machinery and hand tools, conducting self-inspection and basic quality checks, and complying with workplace safety, EHS, and quality standards. The role requires strong drawing interpretation skills, dimensional measurement capability, attention to detail, and a high level of responsibility and teamwork in a power equipment manufacturing environment.

Job Description

1. 담당업무

• HRSG 제작을 위한 부품 및 구조물의 취부, 가조립 및 제관 작업 수행
• 도면 및 작업지시서에 따라 자재를 확인하고 치수, 형상, 조립 상태를 점검
• 기계 및 수공구를 활용하여 절단, 가공, 맞춤 및 조립 작업 수행
• 취부 후 치수 및 정합성을 확인하여 후속 용접 공정이 원활히 진행될 수 있도록 지원
• 제관 작업 중 필요한 기본 취부용 용접(tack welding) 수행 가능
• 제작 공정 중 Self-Inspection 및 기본 품질 점검 수행
• 작업장 내 안전수칙 및 EHS/품질 기준 준수

2. 자격 및 필요조건

• 고등학교 졸업 이상
• 관련 제관, 취부 또는 조립 경력 3년 이상
• 도면 해독 및 치수 측정 가능자
• 기계 및 수공구 사용 경험 보유자
• 제조 현장 EHS 및 품질 기준에 대한 기본 이해 보유자

• 제관 경력 5년 이상 보유자

• 제관 관련 자격증 보유자
• 용접 관련 자격증 또는 취부용 기본 용접 경험 보유자
• 대형 구조물, 압력부품, HRSG, 보일러 또는 발전설비 관련 제관 경험 보유자 우대

Position: Fitter / Fabrication Technician (Production Team)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform fitting and fabrication work for HRSG components and structures.
• Read drawings and work instructions to check dimensions, alignment, and assembly conditions.
• Use machines and hand tools for cutting, fitting, alignment, and assembly.
• Confirm dimensional accuracy and fit-up quality to support subsequent welding processes.
• Perform tack welding as needed during fabrication work.
• Conduct self-inspection and basic quality checks throughout the fabrication process.
• Follow all applicable safety, EHS, and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in fitting, fabrication, or assembly.
• Ability to read technical drawings and perform dimensional measurements.
• Experience using fabrication equipment and hand tools.
• Understanding of shop safety, EHS, and quality requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Relevant fabrication-related certifications.
• Welding certifications or tack welding experience.
• Prior experience in HRSG, boiler, pressure part, or power generation equipment fabrication is a plus.
