Engineering Leader - Reliability
Job Description Summary
The Engineering Leader - Reliability will lead a team of engineers responsible for developing and maintaining component and turbine reliability models to support fleet issue resolution, service contract modelling, and new unit turbine design. The team will analyze and fuse data from multiple sources, including SCADA, service records, and field performance data, to generate actionable reliability insights for both installed turbines and new products. This leader will work closely with Services, Systems & Design Engineering, Fleet Performance Management, and Root Cause Analysis teams to improve fleet productivity, support service planning, and ensure reliability and availability requirements are incorporated into turbine designs. The role requires strong technical leadership, sound engineering judgment, and the ability to connect field data and statistical analysis to business and product decisions. The leader will also be responsible for building team capability, setting priorities, and ensuring high-quality execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
