Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Support design, analysis, testing, or implementation activities on real projects.
  • Work with experienced engineers to solve technical problems and improve existing products, systems, or processes.
  • Assist with data collection, modeling, simulation, or documentation using industry-standard tools.
  • Participate in team meetings, design reviews, and project updates, gaining exposure to cross-functional collaboration.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (quality, cost, reliability, safety, or sustainability).
  • Prepare and present technical findings or project summaries to your team and stakeholders.
  • Specific responsibilities will vary depending on the team and project you're matched with (e.g., mechanical design, electrical systems, software development, controls, testing/validation, manufacturing engineering, or systems engineering).

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Engineering or a related technical field(e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Computer, Chemical, Industrial, Aerospace, Systems, or similar).
  • In good academic standing and making steady progress toward your degree.
  • Graduating on 2027 or later.
  • Intermediate - Advanced English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate clearly (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated interest in applying engineering concepts to real-world problems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Coursework or project experience related to: thermodynamics, power systems, control systems, embedded systems, CAD, FEA, Python/MATLAB, C/C++, data analysis, etc.
  • Hands-on experience through class projects, labs, hackathons, design teams, maker activities, or previous internships/co-ops.
  • Familiarity with relevant tools such as SolidWorks/Creo/CATIA, MATLAB/Simulink, Python, LabVIEW, PLCs, Git, etc.
  • Self-starter with curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
