Emergent Repair Technical Leader

Today Schenectady, NY

Job Description Summary

The Repair Development Engineering team creates the processes, and tools required for unplanned maintenance-including Major Component Exchanges and uptower repairs-for GE Vernova's (GEV) Onshore and Offshore Wind fleet. As the Emergent Repair Technical Leader (TL), you will lead a team dedicated to high-priority, urgent technical issues that fall outside traditional New Product Introduction (NPI) cycles. In this role, you will collaborate across the organization, providing technical guidance to our Repair Development Centers (RDCs) and partnering with Installation Engineering, Regional Field Repair Operations (FRO), and technical leadership to ensure safety and excellence in every deployment.
