Job Description Summary
As an Electronic Hardware Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and supporting world-class hardware for our Grid Automation products, contributing directly to the global green energy transition.
You will work collaboratively across disciplines, hardware, FPGA, mechanical, software, and project management, to deliver innovative, reliable, and compliant solutions for global markets. Your responsibilities will span the full product lifecycle from design and testing through to post-release support.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Design and validate electronic hardware, including both analog and digital circuits.
- Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for production and field issues.
- Support product certification processes, including EMC and environmental compliance.
- Assist in the development of test strategies, documentation, and reports.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Certification teams to ensure hardware designs meet regulatory and performance standards.
- Provide technical support for production, service, and customer-facing teams.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities for design processes and documentation.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Solid understanding of analog and digital electronic circuit design.
- Familiarity with microprocessor-based embedded systems.
- Basic knowledge of EMC/EMI principles and design best practices.
- Experience using schematic capture and PCB design tools (preferably Altium).
- Hands-on experience with lab test equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, etc.).
- Effective communication skills (oral and written).
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience performing EMC/EMI testing and supporting product certification.
- Understanding of pre-compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., CISPR, EN, FCC).
- Familiarity with IEC61000, IEC61010, and similar safety/environmental standards.
- Knowledge of the IEC17025 accreditation process or working in an accredited lab.
- Experience with Grid Automation or protection products.
- Familiarity with IEC61850 communication protocols.
