Reporting to the I&E Supervisor, you will be responsible for all the electrical and control system equipment maintenance activities of the Hsintao Combined Cycle Power Plant operated by GE Vernova.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for performing routine and complex maintenance tasks on all plant electrical equipment.

• High and low voltage power system maintenance and trouble shooting.
• Maintenance and adjustment of various motor operation valves.
• Tests defective equipment to determine cause of malfunction or failure
• Repairs and replaces equipment such as relays, switches, controls, and indicating and recording instruments.
• Develop and perform preventive maintenance programs on all electrical equipment.
• Maintain spare parts inventories on all electrical equipment in the plant.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in the maintenance of power generation plants or petrochemical plants is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with 480V, 4.16kV, and 161kV power systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with DC circuits.
• Experience in relay testing and electrical metering is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to propose improvement solutions.
• Ability to read and understand English;
• The need to work on outside normal business days, specifically Weekend, public holidays.

• Good coordination and communication skill.
