What impact you'll make
The Electrical Testing Engineer reports to the Quality Leader and is responsible for Quality management system compliance/Execution, Quality on the shop floor, including trending of metrics to identify CAPA and CI projects.
Job Description
What you'll do
- For electrical tests, prepares the documentation necessary to perform product quality control on the flow and end, as specified in the client's requirements;
- Uses specific equipment according to internal procedures, both inside the Electrical Test Laboratory and outside the Electrical Test Laboratory, in temporary work points within the production workshops;
- Provides the quality control team with the documentation necessary for control operations (electrical tests), training quality controllers;
- Internally authorizes quality controllers to perform electrical tests;
- Keeps records and is responsible for the validity of the EMMs used in the laboratory;
- Monitors the documentation of electrical test results after any corrective maintenance action following an accidental fall of equipment from the production flow;
- Records non-conformity reports in the system and launches the action to treat the non-conforming product (in the case of electrical tests);
- Participates in periodic production analysis meetings;
- Collects and documents the electrical test results necessary for the product quality file for the client.

What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Graduate in electrical engineering or similar;
- Advanced level of written and spoken Romanian and English language;
- ANRE authorization;
- Relevant and proven experience in performing high voltage electrical tests;
- Ability to integrate and work in a team;
- Good communicator;
- Correctness;
- Efficiency and operational responsibility;
- Flexibility.
What will make you stand out
- Six Sigma Green Belt
- Experience dealing with customers
- Knowledge of RCA and CAPA tools such as [5WHY, Ishikawa, PDCA, A3, 8d, etc]
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard
- Foreign language skills: French will be a plus
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
