While primarily office-based, the role includes occasional site visits (e.g., new substations) approximately once every two months.

You will be responsible for maintaining complete project documentation, aligning delivery timelines with internal and external suppliers, supporting factory acceptance tests, and acting as the customer's main point of contact once fully onboarded. Over time, you will gain increasing responsibility in project leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Delivery

  • Support execution of high-voltage substation and service projects across Greece, Cyprus, and occasionally the wider Balkans.
  • Review technical specifications, IEC/IEEE standards, and equipment details; propose technical alternatives when required.
  • Coordinate internally with engineering teams, manufacturing sites (Italy, France, India, Germany, Spain), and sourcing.
  • Manage external suppliers and local contractors; follow up on delivery times, customs clearance, and logistics (with support from the local logistics specialist).
