Role Overview
The E&C Staff Manager leads, plans, and secures the successful execution of erection and commissioning activities for Product+ projects in Denmark, ensuring high-quality delivery of GIS and PTR equipment across customer sites.
In this role, you will manage all resources, planning, and logistics required to execute the full erection and commissioning scope for Product+ projects, reporting to the CNE Senior Staff E&C Manager. You will oversee the delivery of GIS and PTR equipment on customer sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution while shaping the operational approach within your functional area. With moderate autonomy and significant influence over priorities, you will apply strong operational judgement to drive improvements in quality, efficiency, and team performance. Guided by established professional practices yet empowered to refine ways of working, you will play a key role in ensuring successful project outcomes and strengthening the overall effectiveness of the E&C organisation.
Your Impact
- Lead and manage all erection and commissioning activities across Denmark, ensuring safe, high-quality execution of GIS and PTR equipment on customer sites.
- Develop and strengthen specialist expertise within the E&C team, acting as a technical mentor and champion of best practices in your discipline.
- Serve as a key quality and standards authority, ensuring consistent application of best-in-class processes and driving continuous improvement across E&C operations.
- Shape strategy and contribute to policy development, ensuring that operational plans, priorities, and delivery approaches align with business objectives.
- Apply deep knowledge of industry practices and competitive dynamics to integrate your area effectively with adjacent functions and enhance overall project performance.
- Use sound judgement to solve moderately complex operational and technical challenges, drawing on multiple internal and limited external sources to make informed decisions.
- Lead small to medium-scale projects with moderate risk
What Success Looks Like in This Role
The ideal candidate should be an experienced people leader with strong analytical, communication, and project-management capabilities, able to guide teams, influence stakeholders, and deliver high-quality E&C outcomes in a complex technical environment with:
- Significant experience managing people and leading teams, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop others.
- Previous relevant industry experience.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex or sensitive information and building consensus across diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems, applying sound judgement in operational, technical, and organisational decisions.
- Proven experience leading programs or projects, with strong planning, documentation, and execution skills.
- Established project-management capability, able to manage priorities, risks, and resources effectively.
- Developing persuasion and influencing skills, enabling you to shape decisions and drive alignment within your field.
