The role serves as the primary bridge between Finance and Enterprise business leaders and technology teams, translating strategic priorities into a balanced, outcome-oriented analytics portfolio grounded in Composable Analytics principles.

The ideal leader brings strong expertise in analytics solution delivery, portfolio governance, and stakeholder management, with the ability to partner across Finance, Data Architecture, Data Operations, and Digital Technology teams to build trusted data foundations, ensure operational excellence, and drive adoption at scale. This role also owns change management, execution governance, and continuous improvement across the Finance analytics delivery portfolio.

Director - Finance Analytics Solutions Delivery

The Director of Finance Analytics Solutions Delivery is a senior leader within Digital Technology and Data & Analytics, responsible for partnering with Finance and Enterprise stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and business-aligned analytics solutions. This role serves as the primary bridge between business leaders and technology teams, translating Finance priorities into a strategic portfolio of analytics products, data capabilities, and enabling services.

This leader oversees the end-to-end delivery of Finance analytics solutions, including dashboards, data models, analytics platforms, and applications that support Enterprise and HQ outcomes. The role plays a critical part in advancing a modern, composable analytics ecosystem that enables faster, more accurate, and more self-service decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business partnership and strategic alignment: Serve as the primary technology and analytics partner for Finance leadership, building trusted relationships and translating business priorities into a clear analytics roadmap.
  • Analytics solution delivery: Lead the design and delivery of analytics products, dashboards, data models, and applications that improve decision-making, operational performance, and business insight.
  • Data foundation and operational partnership: Collaborate with Data Architecture and Data Operations to establish trusted, reusable data foundations and ensure reliable, timely, and well-controlled data availability.
  • Portfolio leadership: Own intake, prioritization, sequencing, and execution of the Finance analytics portfolio, balancing strategic initiatives with operational needs.
  • Governance and execution excellence: Establish strong governance for scope, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery quality across initiatives.
  • Change management and adoption: Lead communication, stakeholder engagement, training readiness, and adoption efforts to ensure solutions are successfully implemented and sustained.
  • Continuous improvement: Drive ongoing improvements in delivery practices, solution quality, and analytics maturity across the portfolio.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8-10 years of leadership experience in digital technology, analytics, or enterprise application delivery.
  • Proven experience managing portfolios, programs/projects, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor/contract management.
  • Working knowledge of service management, release management, and operational controls.
  • Experience delivering AI/ML-enabled analytics products.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in industrial, energy, or manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar portfolio/service management tools.
  • Experience with ERP, Finance, HR, or Supply Chain platforms and integration patterns.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, SAFe, or Agile.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $138,700.00 and $231,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
