Le coordonnateur technique aux offres techniques (TTSI) est responsable de l'équipe d'ingénierie de soumission (TT) qui lui sera assignée pour la durée de la préparation de l'offre. Le/la TTSI peut être responsable de la coordination technique de la phase d'identification du projet jusqu'au transfert à l'équipe d'exécution de projet après la signature du contrat. La personne choisie devra coordonner les parties prenantes internes et externes.
Le rôle est aussi d'anticiper les besoins du client and comprenant ce qui a de la valeur pour lui. Si nécessaire, le/la TTSI doit promouvoir les forces de GE Vernova en s'assurant qu'elles soient prises en compte dans les spécifications techniques.

Pendant la préparation de l'offre, le/la TTSI doit voir à optimiser l'offre et est aussi l'interlocuteur principal des divers Centre d'Excellence d'ingénierie et des autres fonctions internes (planning, estimation de coût, direction de projet, etc.).
Le/la TTSI est responsable de l'offre technique. Ce faisait, cette personne doit s'assurer que les ressources nécessaires soient dédiées à l'offre et que la progression soit suffisante.
Responsabilités
- Être le point de contact principale pour le client - Faire la coordination technique et les suivis avec les clients internes et externes
- Coordonne l'offre technique de la phase de pré-acquisition jusqu'au transfert à l'équipe de réalisation de projet
- Responsable des échanges techniques avec les clients et de trouver les ressources si nécessaire
- Responsable de la remise à temps des différents livrables
- Responsable d'ouvrir des options dans les spécifications techniques afin de favoriser les forces de GE Vernova
- Responsable de demander les ressources nécessaires au leader regional de l'équipe TT ou aux autres Centres d'Excellence.
- Si requis, le TTSI peut devoir exécuter certaines tâches techniques selon ses compétences et disponibilités
- Responsable de l'optimisation technique en prenant en compte tous les aspects techniques de l'offre
- Responsable de la mise en place d'un plan de gestion de risques
- Coordonne la rédaction des documents techniques et s'assure que ceux-ci soient remis à temps et avec le niveau de qualité requis
- Participe aux revues techniques et aux revues de validation des offres
- Prend en compte les retours d'expérience des projets pour les nouvelles offres.
Qualifications / Exigences
- Baccalauréat en ingénierie
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience pertinente
- Doit avoir l'autorisation de travailler au Canada sans restriction, sans nécessiter de parrainage.
- Être bilingue (français et anglais) - aptitudes pour rédaction requises: GE Vernova fournit des services de haute qualité à des clients situés à travers le monde et l'employé doit être capable de fournir des services d'une manière efficace alignée sur les normes d'excellence de l'entreprise

Technical Tendering System Integrator (TTSI)
This key role leads the technical strategy of complex proposals, acting as the primary technical point of contact from opportunity identification through to project handover. It is a dynamic and strategic position at the intersection of engineering, customer engagement, and commercial performance.
The Technical Tendering System Integrator (TTSI) is responsible for the Technical Tendering (TT) team assigned to the opportunity for the duration of the offer preparation. The TTSI may oversee the technical coordination starting from the opportunity identification phase through the transfer to the project execution team once the contract is awarded. This role requires coordination of internal and external stakeholders throughout the tendering process.
The TTSI is responsible for anticipating customer needs and understanding what brings value to them. When applicable, the TTSI promotes GE Vernova's differentiators and ensures they are considered in the technical specifications.
During the preparation of the proposal, the TTSI is responsible for optimizing the technical offer and acts as the main point of contact with the various Engineering Centers of Excellence and other internal functions (planning, cost estimation, project management, etc.).
The TTSI owns the technical scope of the proposal and must ensure that appropriate resources are allocated and that progress remains on track.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the customer - lead technical coordination and follow-ups with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate the technical offer from the pre-acquisition stage through to the handover to the project execution team.
- Lead the technical exchanges with customers and identify the appropriate internal resources when needed.
- Ensure on-time delivery of all technical documents and inputs related to the tender.
- Promote GE Vernova's technical strengths by introducing options or alternatives within the customer's specifications when appropriate.
- Request required resources from the regional TT Leader and other Engineering Centers of Excellence; may perform certain technical tasks depending on expertise and workload.
- Optimize the technical offer, taking into account all technical aspects and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain the technical risk management plan.
- Coordinate and ensure the timely delivery and required quality level of all technical documents within GE Vernova's scope.
- Participate in technical reviews and tender validation reviews.
- Participate in gate reviews and ensure an effective handover to the project execution team.
- When the offer is not selected, participate in post-mortem analysis to capture lessons learned.
- Integrate lessons learned from previous projects into new offers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in engineering.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without restrictions and without the need for sponsorship.
- Bilingual in French and English, with strong written communication skills. GE Vernova provides high-quality services to customers around the world, and the selected candidate must be able to deliver professional documentation and communications aligned with the company's standards of excellence.

- Ability for occasional travel at short notice
