Chef de projet senior responsable de la réalisation des projets majeurs pour l'activité Services HVDC-FACTS y compris les éventuels contrats de services à long terme rattachés. Vous etes responsable de l'exécution du projet, des garanties, de la gestion des activités et des ressources liées au projet, de la reddition de comptes en matière de profits et pertes ainsi que de la relation client et de la satisfaction.

Senior Project Leader responsible for delivery of major projects for Services HVDC-FACTS activity including any long-term services contracts attached. Responsible for service project delivery, warranty, management of project related activities and resources, profit & loss accountability and customer relations and satisfaction.
Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. Has significant input into priorities. Guided by professional practices and policies that are shaped by the role. The role has some autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgment

Qualifications requises :
- Ce rôle nécessite une expérience significative en gestion de projet. Le niveau de connaissance est comparable à un diplôme de Master d'une université ou d'un collège accrédité.
- Titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire spécialisé en génie ou en gestion de projet.
- 10 à 15 ans d'expérience professionnelle, avec un minimum de 10 ans d'expérience avérée en gestion de projets (pertinente pour le rôle).
- Maîtrise de Francais et de l'anglais

Project Delivery:
- Be responsible for EHS on your projects.
- Perform customer order review and compare it with the GE quote when transferring the project file from the Commercial group to Project Management.
- Lead the project kick-off meeting with all internal contributors and assign roles and responsibilities.
- Lead the customer kick-off meeting to communicate the nature of the work to be done and clarify any issues with the order.
- Coordinate all activities related to the project.
- Review & anticipate project spend vs budget (costs, materials, labor).
- Maintain or increase project margin.
- Look for Change Orders and seize these opportunities.
- Anticipate risks and mitigate them.
- Make accurate forecasts of the sales plan and deliver the committed sales.
- Prepare project reviews for senior management.
- Lead and draft summaries of project follow-up meetings (internal and external).
- Follow up on project derogations.
- Perform invoicing according to contract terms.
- Ensure invoices are processed smoothly and paid on time.
- Follow up with the GE procurement department on supplier deliveries.
- Communicate regularly with the customer regarding project progress.
- Produce the project Post-Mortem analysis report.
- Perform the administrative closure of the project.
- Be able and willing to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Long Term Services Delivery:
- Management of long-term service projects.
- Closeout of project deficiencies and Punchlist items.
- Management of warranty and all after-sales services.
- Non-Turnkey Projects or Product/Equipment-Only Projects. Responsible for overseeing the project and direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources.
- Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how their area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competitors and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
- Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering. Takes a new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of their own function to arrive at decisions.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Required Qualifications:
- This role requires significant experience in Project Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Hold a University degree specialized in Engineering or Project Management.
- 10-15 years of work experience, with a minimum of 10 years of proven Project Management experience (relevant to the role).
- Proficiency in spoken & written English - Required.
- Proficiency in spoken & written French - Required.
