Job Description Summary

Gère le processus d'achat pour un ensemble de produits donné. Applique la politique d'approvisionnement, sert d'interface entre le fournisseur et l'entité en ce qui concerne les spécifications et les budgets. Influence la qualité de son propre travail et du travail des collègues de son équipe. Se concentre sur l'exécution des activités de facilitation des normes et la prestation de conseils dans le cadre des politiques et des routines professionnelles au sein d'une discipline habilitante. Une certaine latitude peut être accordée pour réorganiser l'ordre des tâches en fonction de l'évolution des situations.

Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage the tender process (based on current procurement needs in collaboration with other teams such as sourcing)
• Timely preparation and issuance of purchase orders to suppliers based on demand
• Oversee the timeliness of delivery
• Optimize the cycles of purchased materials
• Conduct periodic analyses and evaluations of suppliers
• Manage complaint processes and settle poor-quality costs with suppliers
• Work with suppliers to resolve quality and timing issues using available quality tools
• Work within supplier management systems
• Supervise the quality of key parameters for procurement indices in the SAP system
• Maintain and enhance relationships with suppliers

• Higher education (preferably technical or economic)
• Knowledge of the procurement process
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in English to facilitate smooth communication with foreign suppliers and manufacturers
• Fluency in Polish
• Proficiency in SAP, specifically the Materials Management module (material flow, logistics)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel to independently and effectively analyze data
• Negotiation skills and strong communication abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Capability to set priorities and work under tight deadlines

• Previous experience in a production or industrial environment
• Knowledge of basic quality and lean tools (A3 analysis, RCA, Kaizen)
