Essential Responsibilities:
Ensure the implementation of the work assigned to him (her) area of the planned indicators for the established quantitative and qualitative indicators;

  • To ensure an increase in labor productivity and work rhythm, a reduction in labor intensity and production costs;
  • Within the framework of its activities, observe and maintain safe working conditions and a production-friendly environment in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia;
  • Establish tasks for work producers and individual employees on a daily basis in accordance with production plans and schedules, issue tasks in a timely manner and monitor work execution and instruct subordinates;
  • Ensure the correct placement in the workplace and the full use of working time throughout the shift, taking into account the abilities and skills of each employee;
  • Acceptance of works from the manufacturers of works and handing over the repaired to the Customer with paperwork;
  • To create, within the framework of its activities, safe working conditions and a production-friendly environment in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

    • Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Secondary technical or higher technical education;
  • Work experience at energy enterprises for at least 3 years;
  • Knowledge of equipment of thermal power plants, technology of repair of boiler auxiliary equipment, technology of repair of heating surfaces and valves;
  • Knowledge of production management;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel);
  • Knowledge of Russian and basic knowledge of English at the level of reading technical documentation.
