We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Apprentice - Indirect Sourcing to support our buying / procurement team. This opportunity is designed for students who want to build a career in sourcing, procurement, and supply chain operations.

In this role, you will gain practical exposure to the sourcing of indirect goods and services, which may include office supplies, IT-related purchases, facilities services, travel, professional services, and other categories that support business operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers while learning key procurement processes and best practices.

Job Description

TASKS

• Supporting the work of the Sourcing specialist:

• Helping with administrative tasks daily;
• Pulling together reports and formatting as per need;
• Preparing databases for Sourcing projects;

• Managing data changes in the corporate management system;

• Maintaining contact with supplier partners in writing and orally;

• Performing other administrative tasks;

REQUIREMENTS

• Active full-time student status;

• Strong interest in buying / procurement, sourcing, or supply chain

• Confident MS Office skills, especially confident use of Excel daily;

• Energetic, proactive and agile personality;

• Good communication;

• Attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Ability to work effectively in a team

• Strong spoken and written English;

WORKING HOURS

• Student work that can be done for at least 20 hours a week
