Job Description Summary
The Aero Americas Warranty leader will own, lead and drive, the Aero Gas Turbine New Unit Warranty and project close out process across the Americas regional teams. Oversee full life-cycle warranty management across the region, ensuring customer uptime, rapid resolution, accurate cost control, and continuous improvement. Set up the warranty landscape for the Pole - resourcing, funding, metrics, tracking, and handover to the Service CSL after the warranty periods end. Act as a key interface between customers and internal teams while driving operational excellence.
This role will own complete warranty coverage in accordance with the NU contract coverage and aligning our warranty QWI.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Strengthen warranty capabilities, reduce risk, and accelerate performance through best practices and continuous improvement.
- Manage the full warranty portfolio, including scope control, planning, scheduling, cost management and risk mitigation.
- Lead warranty activities such as demand planning, on-site execution, parts management and L2/L4 audits partnering with OFS and PMO teams.
- Ensure accurate resource planning and coverage across the Americas.
- Establish warranty plans early (up to 1 year before COD) and oversee execution, through project closeout and CSL region handover.
- Support onsite teams in evaluating and resolving customer claims including extended scope and package equipment issues.
- Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, finance, services and field teams to resolve technical/commercial issues and ensure timely parts delivery.
- Partner with regional teams to develop event schedules, plan activities and forecast future demand fore for warranty and extended scopes and define labor/tooling/vendor needs.
- Run operations reviews to validate readiness, cost controls, variance reporting, and schedule performance.
- Own warranty KPI's and metrics-daily management, analytics on status/trends, and MOR reporting - ensuring productivity and fulfilment targets are met.
- Works closely with Region Operations Leader and Service Directors to improve processes and ensure timely readiness to serve for Aero fleet in Americas.
- Essential part of the Aero growth program, where He/ She will drive process adoption, site readiness to mitigate unplanned activities and forecasting of parts 18 months in advance to upcoming CODs.
Qualifications / Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the Services or Warranty.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Ability to read/interpret and understand GEV contracts and T&C's.
- Has project or services execution experience in power industry
- Proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with customers, with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Desired Characteristics
- Overall understanding of aero products & power plants
- Strong technical background in the Aero technology, particularly LM 2500.
- Need to closely manage budgets & be able to balance decisions to limit costs & financial exposure
- Need to be able to negotiate final settlements with Customers & Partners
- Prior experience in operations, our industry or Power Services
- Prior experience in project management and continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and to prioritize.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute concrete action plans
- Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to cooperate and influence in customer negotiations and warranty coverage.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $119,600.00 and $199,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: ineligible.
