. Activités, responsabilités et missions

• I d e n tifier l e s b e s o i n s BOP en phase exécution projet (OTR) avec les Lead Eng et avant projet (ITO) avec les Application Eng.

• Lancer les consultations BOP OTR en s'appuyant sur le panel fournisseur existant.
• Assurer le suivi des demandes de consultation (ITO/OTR) avec reporting standardisé .
• Etablir les négociations (principalement bundling) pour les équipements " standards ".
• Définir une stratégie Achat pour les pièces classe C.
• Etablir les listes de prix (classe C) et frame agreement.
• Participer aux revues projets OTR afin de transmettre l'état d'avancement des consultations et placement de commandes et gérer les relances de consultations.
• Effectuer les phases de vérification technique avec les Lead Eng et engager et finaliser les négociations avant commande.
• Assurer la relation commerciale avec les fournisseurs, suivre la bonne exécution du contrat, gérer les litiges ou le non-respect des clauses.
• Assurer le suivi des tableaux de bord projet (Trackers projets) et faire le lien avec le Tracker OTR

• Evaluer les fournisseurs en effectuant une revue des performances fournisseurs selon des critères (rating) définis avec la direction achats.
• Assister les acheteurs commodité (suivi consultations, reporting, onboarding)

• Identify BOP requirements during the project execution phase (OTR) in collaboration with Lead Engineers, and during the pre-project phase (ITO) with Application Engineers.
• Launch BOP OTR sourcing/consultation processes using the existing supplier panel.
• Monitor ITO/OTR quotation requests and provide standardized reporting.
• Conduct negotiations, mainly bundling negotiations, for standard equipment.
• Define a purchasing strategy for Class C components.
• Establish Class C price lists and framework agreements.
• Participate in OTR project reviews to communicate the progress of supplier consultations and purchase order placement, and manage quotation follow-ups.
• Conduct technical evaluation phases with Lead Engineers and lead negotiations through to finalization before placing orders.
• Manage commercial relationships with suppliers, monitor proper contract execution, and handle disputes or non-compliance with contractual terms.
• Monitor project dashboards (Project Trackers) and ensure alignment with the OTR Tracker.
• Conduct technological and economic market intelligence.
• Evaluate suppliers by conducting supplier performance reviews based on criteria (ratings) defined with the Purchasing Management team.
• Support commodity buyers with quotation follow-up, reporting, and supplier onboarding.

• Analyze the market (technology monitoring) and the company's requirements.
• Implement the purchasing strategy.
• Manage OTR sourcing/quotation processes with suppliers from the approved panel.
• Provide reporting on actions undertaken and results achieved.

• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and/or the Executive Management Committee (CODIR).
• Work closely with:
  • Project teams (Technical, Quality, and Project Management departments)
  • ITO department (Application Engineers)
  • Quality department
  • Costing department (including costing tools, where applicable)

• Supplier Sales Departments / Supplier Commercial Departments

• Master's degree in Purchasing / Supply Chain; knowledge of electrical engineering is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Purchasing / Supply Chain department; experience in a global international company is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of purchasing techniques.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Fluent professional English.

• Technical degree (IUT/BTS) in Electrical Engineering or Physical Measurements, combined with additional training in Purchasing.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Purchasing / Supply Chain department; experience in a global international company is an advantage.
• Knowledge of purchasing techniques.
• Knowledge of negotiation techniques.
• Fluent professional English.
