ADMS Delivery Manager

Today Hyderabad, India

Job Description Summary
As an ADMS Delivery Manager you will be a pivotal contributor to the successful delivery of ADMS Series 3 (DMS / OMS / SCADA) implementations and upgrades for electric utility customers across the MENAT and APAC regions. You will own the technical delivery of assigned projects across the full post-sales lifecycle - from requirements and design through configuration, network model build, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare - working directly with customers and with cross-functional GE Vernova teams.
This role is dedicated to the Distribution GSL Series 3 delivery portfolio and operates under the direction of the regional ADMS Lead in MENAT as well as the HTC GDC leader . It combines deep ADMS technical expertise with customer-facing delivery ownership, and contributes to building regional capability and reducing reliance on single points of expertise. Requiring a high level of operational and technical judgement, the expectation for this role is moderate autonomy.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery Ownership
    • Act as the technical delivery lead for assigned ADMS Series 3 implementations, upgrades and installed-base engagements across MENAT and APAC.
    • Own technical deliverables throughout the entire project lifecycle - requirements, functional and technical design, system configuration, distribution network model (DNAF) build and validation, integration, FAT/SAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare - ensuring projects stay on track in terms of budget, time and customer expectations.
    • Plan and track delivery activities, effort and milestones for assigned projects; report progress, risks, issues and change requests to the regional Delivery Manager and project stakeholders.
    • Help to lay out proper staffing to cover all regional ADMS S3 deliveries and coordinate GE Vernova, HTC and partner resources assigned to the project to ensure all projects are successful.
    • Manage defects, change requests and technical actions through GE Vernova project tracking tools, maintaining accurate and auditable delivery records.
  • Client Collaboration
    • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the customer on assigned projects, explaining difficult or sensitive information and working to build consensus.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored delivery strategies through site assessments and workshops.
    • Make standard recommendations on workflow, application, interface, reports, testing and data uploads to customers during the implementation process.
    • Ensure go-live readiness and provide support, including post-live checkups, to guarantee customer satisfaction.
    • Travel to customer sites in the regions as required by project phase, including extended on-site presence during testing, cutover and go-live windows.
  • Technical Expertise and Installed Base Support
