Account Manager

Job Description Summary
Power plants, oil fields, and energy operations run on relationships as much as equipment. As an Account Manager, you'll own those relationships, working directly with customers across Power Generation and Oil & Gas (O&G) to understand what they need, position GE Vernova's digital solutions against real operational problems, and close the deals that keep the business growing. You'll have real latitude to shape commercial arrangements within clear guidelines, and the backing of a global energy business behind every conversation you have.

Job Description
What You'll Do

• Sell GE Vernova's digital solutions to external customers and internal business partners across the region

• Build and grow client relationships that shape commercial priorities and influence how projects and programs run

• Build deep knowledge of market trends, competitors, and best practices, and apply that knowledge to your sales approach

• Use data and technical insight to support your recommendations and work through moderately complex commercial problems

• Manage commercial arrangements within established guidelines, applying sound judgment to deliver results

• Support less experienced colleagues and manage small projects involving moderate risk and resources

• Communicate clearly on complex or sensitive topics, building consensus and influencing stakeholders across the business

What You Bring

Required

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or computer science is nice to have, or relevant experience.

• 5+ years of experience in sales, commercial, or related function

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce

• Fluent English, written and spoken, with strong communication skills

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 30% of the time

• Legal right to work in Saudi Arabia without company sponsorship or time restrictions

Preferred

• Experience selling enterprise software or business applications

• Arabic language proficiency

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform well under pressure

• Experience in Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, Power Generation, or Energy as an industry professional or through client/project engagement
