We are looking to add a Broker Implementation Specialist to our Individual Sales Team! The Pre-Sales Broker-Implementation Specialist ensures that brokers have the necessary tools, systems, and resources to deliver exceptional service while maintaining operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. This role focuses on setting up, overseeing, and enhancing the processes, systems, and tools that enable registered brokers to operate effectively and drive sales. The Specialist will engage with both new and dormant brokers via email and one-on-one calls to support the sales team's objectives and progress sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the intake, review, processing, and maintenance of new broker/agent/Blue plan contracts, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for research and inquiries regarding existing contracts, providing timely and accurate information.
- Assist in the development and consistent delivery of new broker reporting, including key metrics such as calendar days to first sale and the contribution of new brokers to the overall book of business.
- Collaborate in the creation of comprehensive broker onboarding training materials, ensuring content is up-to-date, clear, and effective, while assisting in the delivery of training sessions.
- Manage the pre-sales broker email and phone inquiry queue, ensuring prompt and professional responses to all inquiries.
- Proactively communicate with newly registered brokers through various channels to welcome them to the program, providing tailored sales support to facilitate their first sale.
- Conduct regular outreach to dormant brokers through various communication methods to reignite engagement and provide sales support to help them achieve sales goals.
- Offer recommendations and assist in the implementation of procedural improvements and system enhancements aimed at optimizing broker operations, ensuring high-quality service, and meeting organizational objectives.
- Support the integration of new tools and systems designed to improve broker efficiency, including providing training and troubleshooting assistance.
- Promote and uphold the company's service standards, ensuring the ongoing persistence and growth of the assigned book of business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, MGAs, Blue plans, and brokers, offering continued support to foster loyalty and maximize sales potential.
- Ensure operational compliance and adherence to industry regulations, consistently advocating for best practices in broker implementation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to enhance broker success and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Perform additional duties as required to support the broader sales and implementation efforts.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or applicable work experience required.
- Life & health insurance license preferred. If not active, will need to be obtained within 1st 90 days of hire.
- Strong client services skills and ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills required, including confidence and composure when working with senior level audiences.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated to perform work accurately, thoroughly, and on time.
- Bilingual/Spanish speaking preferred but not required.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, Edge).
- Employee is required to have at minimum an internet speed of 75 Mbps (standard high-speed internet access).
Working Conditions:
- Flexibility to work in an office and/or at-home, remote office environment.
- Schedule flexibility is occasionally necessary in this position. Individual may be required to attend key business/departmental meetings and/or perform certain business critical job functions outside of normal working hours.
- Must be able to communicate internally and externally through receiving and responding to auditory and visual methods.
Competitive base pay starting at $25.04/hr. Compensation is based on prior/relevant experience and skill level in a similar role.
