What we're looking for in our Network Partner Relationship Manager.
You are capable of managing and strengthening our operational and strategic relationships with our current and new global network partners-including assistance providers, medical network managers/TPAs, security vendors, and specialty service partners. You are adept at ensuring contractual obligations are met, service quality is maintained, operational workflows run smoothly, and continuous improvements are always identified. You excel at being the primary escalation point while coordinating internally across BCBS Global Solutions teams to support partner performance, compliance, and service delivery.

Here's the work you will be doing to build and manage our network relationships:
- Serve as the primary business relationship representative for assigned global partners, acting as the central point of contact for operational and business inquiries.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key partner contacts.
- Facilitate partner onboarding, quarterly check‑ins, and ongoing communication.
- Support internal teams in understanding partner capabilities, processes, and updates.
- Support negotiation, renewal, and update of partner/vendor contracts.
- Conduct routine audits and track remediation plans.
- Maintain vendor governance processes and ensure compliance with policies.
- Identify network gaps and recommend partner/vendor solutions.3. Operational Integration & Issue Resolution
- Lead resolution of escalated payment inquiries or partner‑related operational challenges.
- Manage security vendor relationship for PEND Contracts and pre-approvals for PEND coverage for travel to designated countries.
- Develop and maintain KPIs, operational metrics, and financial performance reporting.
- Identify and support evaluation of new partnership opportunities.
- Conduct market and competitive research.
- Lead the identification, sourcing, and onboarding of new TPAs, assistance providers, and local insurers (e.g., BUPA in Brazil, Spain, etc. and regional partners) to expand geographic coverage, capacity, and access to care.
- Strategically evaluate current use of partners/vendors by geographies and make recommendations to introduce, replace, or discontinue partnerships
- Proactively develop new partnership models and agreements to improve coverage, competitiveness, and cost position, including strategic alliances and preferred-partner programs.

- Leverage your 4+ years of experience in healthcare, insurance networks, assistance or vendor management
- Showcase proven success in your communications and problem solving skills
- Apply your strong understanding of Microsoft Office; Salesforce (Health Cloud preferred) SharePoint, Power BI, and AI
