Working with corporate legal colleagues, support the relationship between Genmab and its collaboration partners as it relates to U.S. market activities for collaboration assets.
  • Identify legal risks and pragmatic options to support the evolution of U.S. channel distribution strategy, including contracting with wholesalers, distributors, specialty pharmacies, and group purchasing organizations.

  • Build strong relationships with team members across the CLO department, and especially with those supporting U.S. compliance and U.S. employment law issues, working closely together to ensure clarity of roles and accountabilities, and to provide consistent, aligned advice to business stakeholders.
  • Personally model and drive collaboration and engagement across the team and broader department. Recalibrate risk appetite to support smart risk-taking, and embed efficient processes and ways of working, including simplifying, prioritizing, leveraging technology, and eliminating low-value work.
