The Role
The Student Worker within HR Technology supports the team by documenting HR systems, processes, and system changes. This individual will create and maintain user guides, business operating procedures, knowledge articles, and other practical resources that help HR colleagues use technology consistently and effectively. This role is ideal for a student with strong writing, analytical, and organisational skills who is interested in HR systems, process documentation, knowledge management, and continuous improvement.
This placement will be initially for a six-month period, with the potential to extend.
Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain HR Technology process documentation, business operating procedures (BOPs), and knowledge articles.
- Develop clear and practical user guides, step-by-step system instructions, quick reference materials, and process-support resources for HR systems and workflows.
- Translate complex system functionality and business processes into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
- Ensure documentation remains accurate, consistent, accessible, and aligned with system updates and process changes.
- Partner with HR Technology team members and subject-matter experts to capture new processes, document system enhancements, and maintain knowledge resources.
- Assist with the development and coordination of training and user-enablement materials for HR system users.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) of new system functionality by documenting changes and updating related guides and training resources.
- Organise and maintain documentation repositories and knowledge-management platforms to ensure information is easy to find and remains current.
- Support continuous improvement and digital adoption initiatives by identifying opportunities to simplify documentation and enhance the end-user experience.
- Assist with process mapping, basic reporting, project tracking, and administrative support for HR Technology initiatives as needed.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders on documentation change communication, and user-adoption activities.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, Business Process Management, or a related field.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex systems and processes clearly and concisely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality, and user-friendly documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience using tools to create system documentation, annotated screenshots, step-by-step process guides, or maintain knowledge resources-such as Canva, Snagit, SharePoint, Confluence, Visio, or similar-is an advantage.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Interest in HR technology, process improvement, digital adoption and knowledge management.
- Experience creating documentation, tutorials, training materials, presentations, or other instructional content is an advantage.
- Familiarity with HR information systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or similar) is a plus but not required.
- Exposure to user acceptance testing, change management, content governance, or system implementation activities is helpful but not required.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, global environment.

Work Arrangement
This role offers flexibility to work away from the office for 20%-40% of a typical schedule. Employees may use this work schedule in increments of single days or multiple consecutive days, provided it does not exceed 40% within a 60-day period, and is approved by the hiring manager.
The proposed gross annual/hourly base salary range for this position, in the primary location, based on a full time schedule is:
DKK180,00---180,00
The final salary offer will depend on several factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
