The Role:
The Senior Product Manager, Professional Promotion, Gyn-Onc will implement brand strategies and execution for the initial U.S. launches of Genmab's first wholly-owned asset in the gynecological oncology (Gyn-Onc) space. This critical role will report directly to the Director, Professional Promotion, Gyn-Onc and be expected to work closely with a broad cross-functional team, including Marketing Operations, Gyn-Onc Consumer Marketing, Omnichannel Strategy, and Congress Strategy.
The Senior Product Manager, Professional Promotion, Gyn-Onc is a new role within a growing team. He/she will be a key contributor to launch excellence for initial and future planned indications, driving strong alignment and collaboration with cross-functional partners. The successful candidate will bring strong marketing execution skills (pharma/biotech or life sciences strongly preferred) and a proactive, learner's mindset.
Work arrangement: This role offers flexibility to work away from the office for 20%-40% of a typical schedule. Employees may use this work schedule in increments of single days or multiple consecutive days, provided it does not exceed 40% within a 60-day period, and is approved by the hiring manager.
Responsibilities
- Leverage brand strategy to shape promotional efforts and successfully execute launch tactical ecosystem
- Lead planning and execution of the commercial gyn-onc congress and peer-to-peer education strategy
- Partner closely with Marketing Operations to develop and gain alignment on recommendations for brand speaker bureau and print production plans across stakeholders
- Develop promotional tactics in support of branded launch efforts
- Partner closely with Marketing, Medical, Field, Compliance, and Business Operations stakeholders to ensure congress investments and peer-to-peer programs are differentiated, clinically relevant, and aligned to brand priorities
- Oversee and scale unbranded efforts across personal and nonpersonal channels in close partnership with Omnichannel and agency partners
- Lead and maintain Brand Marketing budget, partnering closely with finance and brand team members to ensure alignment to forecast and
- Establish and foster collaborative relationships with external agency partners and internal cross-functional stakeholders at Genmab
- Provide clear communication, structure, and leadership across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Engage collaboratively in promotional review process and meetings to ensure launch readiness
- Collaborate effectively with Genmab field stakeholders and Commercial Learning to support strategic execution and continued optimization of marketing materials
- Manage project timelines, budgets and all key deliverables aligned to brand goals

Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required
- 3+ years of professional relevant experience required, including US in-line marketing experience in the pharma/biotech industry (agency experience considered)
- Recent launch experience strongly preferred - oncology a plus
- Prior congress or peer-to-peer tactical execution experience a plus
- Strong project/tactical management, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel domestically up to 25%

For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:
$146,480.00 - $219,720.00
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
