The Role & Department
Are you motivated by the opportunity to shape something from the beginning? Genmab is establishing a new QC Laboratory, and we are looking for a Stability Scientist to play a central role in building and developing this function.
We are seeking a highly motivated Stability Scientist, to join our QC team. In this job you will be responsible for planning and managing stability studies in a QC setting to support product development and regulatory submissions. To be succesful in this role it requires scientific expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and solid project management skills.
The daily tasks include planning stability studies in the QC lab, reviewing stability protocols, support technicians during stability pulls, storage planning, writing SOPs, handling CAPA, deviations and change controls. In addition, you should be able to lead and manage stability activities across multiple development programs. Develop timelines, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery of stability data.
The position is located in Ballerup and collaboration and cross-site training with analytical SME's in Valby will also be expected in the beginning.
Requirements
- A Bachelor degree as a minimum
- 2-5+ years of experience in stability studies within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Strong knowledge of ICH stability guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Experience writing stability protocols and reports
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
